How changes work
We aim to have a good working demo in place before your subscription starts, so there is usually little left to finish afterwards. Each plan then includes 3, 6 or 9 hours of changes in the first month after launch, followed by 1, 2 or 3 hours of changes every month. Unused time does not carry over, fixes to anything not working as agreed are always included, and anything larger is quoted and agreed with you before work starts.

No. The initial 1-to-1 discovery meeting and personalised demonstration are free and there is no upfront development fee for the standard service.
The system and service remain the same; the monthly plan simply scales with the number of business users who need access. This keeps pricing predictable: the service stays consistent and the monthly price changes only as the agreed number of business users grows.
The user band is based on the agreed number of business users who need access to the system. Customer, public or portal access is considered as part of the individual scope where relevant.
Changes are included during your launch period: up to 3 hours on Small Business, 6 hours on Business and 9 hours on Growing Business in the first month after your system goes live, then 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours every month after that. Unused time does not carry over. Fixing anything that is not working as agreed is always included, and anything beyond your allowance is quoted and agreed before work starts.
You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can request a full export of your records and uploaded files until 30 days after your subscription ends.
