Who is the service for?

Mainly UK small businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets or generic tools but do not want a large upfront software project.

How is the software developed?

A developer tells the AI what to build and the AI writes the code. The developer installs each version and checks it works, the AI fixes any issues found, and this repeats until it is complete. The developer approves every release. That is how we deliver custom software quickly at a monthly price.

Is the 1-to-1 meeting and demo really free?

Yes. The initial meeting and personalised demonstration are free and no payment details are required. There is no obligation to subscribe after seeing the demo.

How much does a system cost?

Plans start at £200 per month + VAT for up to 5 business users, then scale by user band as the team grows.

Are hosting and backups included?

Yes. Managed hosting, daily backups, SSL, routine maintenance and support are included.

How do the user bands work?

Plans are based on the agreed number of business users who need access: up to 5, up to 15, up to 30, and a tailored plan for larger teams.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. An existing domain can be connected, or an eligible standard domain may be included.

Can you import our data?

Data can often be imported after it has been reviewed and mapped to the new system. Large or complex migrations may need separate scoping.

Can the system connect to other software?

Often, yes. Integrations depend on the other provider having a suitable API or reliable import and export method. Large or complex integrations may need separate scoping.

Are changes and improvements included?

Every plan includes 3, 6 or 9 hours of changes in the first month after launch, then 1, 2 or 3 hours of changes every month, depending on the plan. Fixes to anything not working as agreed are always included, and larger work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you can request a full export of your records and uploaded files until 30 days after your subscription ends.
