How long does the full process take?

The discovery brief takes around 10-15 minutes. Once you subscribe, the first production version is normally delivered within weeks, depending on scope, integrations and the speed of feedback.

What do I need to provide?

A plain-English description of the problem is enough to begin.

What happens after launch?

Your system remains hosted, backed up and maintained. Each update request creates a new version for you to review, accept or return for further agreed changes.
