How long does the full process take?
The first step is a free 1-to-1 meeting. Demo and production timing depends on the scope, integrations and how quickly requirements and feedback can be confirmed.
What do I need to provide?
A plain-English explanation of how you work now, what is frustrating and what you want the system to improve is enough to begin.
What happens after launch?
Your system remains hosted, backed up, maintained and supported, and anything not working as agreed is fixed. Your plan includes 3, 6 or 9 hours of changes in the first month after launch, then 1, 2 or 3 hours of changes every month. Anything larger is quoted and agreed before work starts.
Can I see progress during the build?
Yes. You see the personalised demo before subscribing and can review working changes as the live system is refined.
